I am looking over my leftover canned goods from last year and making plans for what I need to preserve for this year. Most of the shelves are very bare though I do have a nice amount of pizza sauce left. We really liked the ketchup and barbecue sauce I tried last summer. If I have plenty of tomatoes, I want to make much more this year.
